How is it possible that in these times of super communications and all the means (many free) to make information available and within reach of the public, they expect one to take their car and drive to the branch (being sick) without knowing the existence or price of the medicine you need? They don't have home delivery service in my city (or that's what they told me over the phone even though this sheet says "sales in store and home delivery"), they don't have telephone numbers in the branches, they have a page with an "approximate price" , their address search engine does not work, the only telephone number they have takes a long time to answer, and when they finally answer you they tell you that the only way to know if there is a medicine and how much it costs is to go all over the city to look for it !!!! And you probably have to leave and re-enter the page in 10 minutes because it crashes🙄🙄🙄🙄Terrible service!!!! No more because I can't give it 0 stars

What they do fail is in the poorly trained and unprofessional staff. You go to ask for a price at the checkout and they tell you that it is not their responsibility (and the products are not labeled) and you go to the pharmacy checkout to pay and the boy/girl with the cell phone in his hand. My experiences there were terrible.

Only one of their employees does not have a good attitude and is a bit rude. Her name is Ashely Garibay.
Once he got upset because he helped me with a photo and asked me to wait because there was a line, to which I agreed even though I was in a hurry. He served 3 clients and I asked him if he could give me my photo and he gave me a bad face and went to get the password and instead of waiting for my photo to be printed (which was only 1), he left and continued serving clients and She wouldn't give me my photo... and she got upset because I tried to take it... and since then she has had that annoying attitude towards me and honestly it seems like a bad plan to me that if I already waited for her to serve clients, it's fair that others wait alone to give me a photo.
Every time I go it's the same, sometimes he sees that I'm about to pay and he leaves the checkout and wanders around the store just to make me wait.
